About letRetro

Retros that turn talk into shipped work.

letRetro is an AI sprint retrospective platform that helps teams understand problems, track progress, and keep work moving. We bring feedback, decisions, and action items into one place, then automate summaries and follow-ups so teams can focus on solving problems and improving with every sprint.

Values & Operating Principles

How we operate

Six principles that keep us small, focused, and close to the teams we serve.

01

Small squad

We stay small and senior. High ownership, low handoff — everyone ships.

02

One product, one roadmap

No side quests. One product, one roadmap, built with deep focus.

03

Close to builders

We love engineers and managers — we sit in their retros, hear the drag, and build to remove it.

04

Protect quality

Speed without craft is noise. We sweat the details and ship what we're proud of.

05

Global, remote

Async-first, remote-native. Written comms, clear ownership, trust over presence.

06

Meetings & comms

Fewer, sharper meetings. Default to async, document decisions, keep comms calm and clear.

How we show up

Three principles we live by — told through the places that inspire us.

Autonomy
Autonomy

Small squad, high ownership. Everyone has the autonomy to own decisions, move fast, and ship without waiting.

Clarity
Clarity

One product, one roadmap. No side quests — just clear direction, focused execution, and shared context.

Professionalism
Professionalism

Protect quality, care about craft. What we ship, we're proud of — for engineers and managers alike.

Team

Meet the team

Small team, sharp focus. We're building letRetro to make agile retros effortless — from engineering to product. Hover to explore.

Our Story

Why letRetro

letRetro started with a problem I experienced at NVIDIA: keeping boards, tickets, and sprint documentation up to date took time away from building. Engineers needed time to ship, while product teams needed visibility into progress and decisions.

I built letRetro to bring those needs together. What began as a simple retrospective board grew into a platform that turns team feedback into summaries, documentation, and clear action items.

Our goal is simple: help teams spend less time documenting meetings and more time acting on what they learn.

Building better retrospectives since July 2025.
